BOOKINGS:
How do I make and confirm my booking?
Fill out the Bookings and Enquiries form to nominate your date and confirm availability.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking with the remainder to be paid in full 30 days before the performance date.
How do I pay?
Payment to be made via Bank Transfer
CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT:
What happens if my event needs to be cancelled or postponed?
Fees are non refundable, however, if written notice is given 30 days before the event, then paid fees can be kept as a credit to be used within 1 year of the original booking date.
PERFORMANCE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Outdoors:
The harp is an extremely valuable instrument and must be protected from certain climatic conditions.
Full cover is required for all outdoor locations to protect adequately from direct sun, rain and wind. Eg a covered veranda or marquee. Exceptions may include a fully protected courtyard area only if the weather is clement.
A wet weather plan and/or indoor backup space must be available.
SPACE REQUIREMENT:
There must be a solid, flat surface to position the harp, stool and music stand on.
Minimum dimensions: 1m x 1.5m

If you have a piece of music that is close to your heart, I am happy to perform it for you!
For weddings, 3 requested song choices are included as part of the fee. With a few exceptions, I can arrange most music to be played on the harp.
For other occasions, please enquire.
Choices must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks before the event date.
FURTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
Must have adequate lighting to see music and harp strings.
For bookings over 1 hour in length, short breaks are required:
1.5 hours - 1 x 5 min break
2 hours - 1 x 10 min break
2.5 hours - 1 x 10 min and 1 x 5 min break
3 hours - 2 x 10 min break
